Sr. UI/UX Designer
Projects
I’ve worked on 30+ digital design projects, spanning industries like AI, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and more. Each project has shaped how I think, solve, and design, whether it meant simplifying dense data, refining legacy systems, or crafting brand-new products from scratch.
The work featured here represents a curated selection of those experiences. From agentic chatbots and predictive maintenance platforms to enterprise tools and public-facing interfaces, these projects reflect the range, depth, and adaptability I bring to each challenge. Some were built end-to-end, others redesigned midstream, but all are rooted in clarity, empathy, and impact.
Active Predictive Maintenance Software
A scalable, AI-powered platform built for industrial users to monitor assets in real time, receive predictive insights, and manage custom alerts through a clean, intuitive interface.
Role: UI/UX Designer
Design Approach:
I took end-to-end ownership of the design process, aligning complex industrial workflows with clear, user-centered experiences. Through in-depth research, stakeholder interviews, and domain exploration (including a Grafana fundamentals course), I built a foundation for informed design decisions. Key contributions included 50+ high-fidelity screens, a robust design system, and strategic feature clustering based on competitive benchmarking. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, adapting to evolving requirements while ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency throughout the product.

Database Explorer (DBeX)
A modern database management tool redesigned to simplify complex workflows and empower developers and DBAs with an intuitive, high-performing interface.
Role: UI/UX Designer
Design Approach:
I led a complete UI/UX revamp with a strong product-thinking mindset, reimagining how users interact with and visualize multi-database systems. The redesigned platform now supports concurrent connections for databases like MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL through a unified, streamlined interface. I transformed dense technical data into clear, context-aware visual structures, reducing cognitive load and boosting efficiency. A modular design system was introduced to ensure flexibility and consistency, enabling rapid scaling across database types. The data modeling experience was redefined with interactive workflows and cognitively simple visualizations, setting a new usability standard for complex environments. Accessibility and responsiveness were prioritized to support both power users and first-time users.

Work Profile Builder
A professional-grade tool built to help organizations create, manage, and securely share enriched work profiles supporting career growth, internal mobility, and associate visibility.
Role: UI/UX Designer
Design Approach:
Brought in mid-project, I led the UI/UX integration and enhancement efforts under tight timelines and with limited legacy documentation. I reverse-engineered the existing visual language to reconstruct and extend the interface, ensuring consistency while introducing new features. Through rapid user research and usability mapping, I realigned the interface with actual user needs, enabling a smoother and more intuitive experience. Real-time feedback loops were embedded into the design process to stay adaptive and responsive to shifting product goals. I also authored detailed user-flow documentation to streamline engineering handoffs and emphasized clarity, hierarchy, and accessibility to make complex profile data easier to manage and understand.

L&T Financial Services – Agentic Chatbot for Home Loan Sourcing
A conversational interface designed to intelligently guide users through home loan sourcing, blending AI efficiency with the warmth and trust of L&T’s client-first service model.
Role: Product & Experience Design Lead
Design Approach:
I led the end-to-end design of this agentic chatbot experience, shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and engage with home loan services in a more guided, intuitive, and human-like way. The UI was designed to be visually rich and context-aware, enabling users to explore options, ask questions, and navigate the process seamlessly. I conducted in-depth competitive research on conversational and agentic interaction models, merging them with proven UX patterns to ensure discoverability, trust, and fallback support. Through multi-stakeholder A/B testing, I fine-tuned tone, pacing, and the bot’s visual identity to align with L&T’s brand voice. The final experience balanced chatbot autonomy with clear user control, delivering a guided journey while allowing space for decisions, handoffs, and flexibility, all under tight timelines and evolving requirements.

Data Packet Chatbot
A full-screen, web-based chatbot designed to support seamless conversations around data packet workflows — combining technical clarity with brand-aligned visual design.
Role: UI Consultant & Design System Contributor
Design Approach:
Initially brought in for UI consultation, I partnered with front-end developers to establish a desktop-first visual direction. As the project evolved, I took on a deeper role, delivering multiple A/B-test-ready design samples to define the final full-screen experience. The chatbot was treated as a standalone product, not just an overlay, with a bold visual theme that extended the client’s brand identity into a highly technical environment. I focused on layout clarity, interaction density, and visual hierarchy to support intuitive workflows. Throughout, I prioritized scalability, consistency, and performance alignment with dev constraints to ensure the UI was both enterprise-ready and visually coherent.

Cardiogenic Shock Module
A high-impact interface concept designed for critical care settings — aimed at improving the management of cardiogenic shock through streamlined data capture, visualization, and accessibility.
Role: Visual Prototyping & Domain Adaptation
Design Approach:
I led the rapid design of high-fidelity UI screens for a time-sensitive proposal submitted to ICNARC, with a focus on clearly communicating the clinical and operational potential of a digital module for cardiology-intensive environments. Clinical complexity was translated into structured, intuitive layouts using progressive disclosure to surface time-critical information effectively. All UI decisions were aligned with critical care standards and workflows to enhance credibility. The final prototype served as both a functional concept and a compelling visual narrative, tailored to resonate with medical professionals and decision-makers in a high-stakes domain.

Recruitment Management Platform
An internal platform built to accelerate recruitment outcomes by improving coordination, transparency, and usability across the staffing process.
Role: UX Designer for Workflow Optimization
Design Approach:
I contributed to designing an interface that simplified complex recruitment workflows, enabling multiple teams to request, approve, and act on staffing needs with clarity and speed. The UX was optimized for different personas across the recruitment pipeline, with focused flows for job request initiation, approval checkpoints, and candidate handoff. Real-time status notifications and decision visibility helped reduce delays and miscommunication. I ensured seamless integration with existing hiring workflows to maintain operational continuity and delivered an interface that balanced enterprise complexity with accessibility and ease of use.

Smart Traffic Management System
An intelligent traffic management platform redesigned to support super admins, admins, and traffic managers with predictive insights, improved usability, and brand-aligned UI.
Role: UI/UX Designer
Design Approach:
I led the UI revamp by incorporating the platform’s brand identity into updated layouts and components using Figma, creating a visually cohesive and modern interface. To streamline the user experience, I conducted targeted user research to identify friction points, then refined flows for each persona to enable faster, more intuitive navigation. Collaborating closely with developers, I designed interface patterns that seamlessly integrated AI-powered traffic predictions. These visualizations were crafted to make complex insights easy to act on, enhancing both the clarity and value of the platform in high-traffic operational contexts.
